4 pitfalls of employment in the company should be avoided

Even if you run a business, there are still certain Equal Employment Opportunity Act, you must keep the number of employees, including full time, part time and seasonal employees:

1st Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin, if your company has 15 employees or more.

2nd Age discrimination in employment, 1967 (ADEA) prohibits age discrimination against employees who are more than forty years or more, if the company has 20 employees or more.

3rd Title I law the Americans with Disabilities Act 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities, whose company has 15 employees or more.

4th Equal pay Act 1963 (EPA) prohibits wage discrimination between men and women doing approximately the same in any business.
